Vitória Carolina Leonel, PT, is a master’s student in the Postgraduate Program in Rehabilitation and Functional Performance, Department of Health Sciences, Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo, Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil. Her research focuses on migraine, sensory hypersensitivity, and the cross-cultural adaptation and psychometric validation of clinical questionnaires. She is currently completing a research internship abroad at the University of Utah under the supervision of Dr. Melissa Cortez, Professor in the Department of Neurology, where she is investigating the construct validity and reproducibility of the Chemical Odor Sensitivity Scale in individuals with migraine. In Brazil, she is supervised by Prof. Débora Bevilaqua Grossi, Full Professor in the Department of Health Sciences.
