Rikki Mangrum is a Distinguished Scientist for VPG Health (part of Vector Psychometric Group, LLC) and founded the company's qualitative research team. She has an MLS in Library and Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ms. Mangrum has extensive experience with qualitative and mixed-method studies, including concept elicitation, cognitive debriefing, systematic literature and empirical reviews, and measurement development and testing. She serves as a Senior Editor for The Qualitative Report, a journal dedicated to qualitative research methodology. She has published in journals such as Health Affairs and Health Expectations and has topical expertise in post-acute and long-term care, chronic illness, patient and family engagement, and health measurement.
