Biography
Soo-Kyoung Kim M.D.,PhD, is a board certified neurologist from the Korean Neurological Association who is Assistant Professor of Neurology Department in the Gyeongsang National University College of Medicine. She received her Medical Degree from Gyeongsang National University College of Medicine. Dr. Kim completed her neurology residency and fellowships at Samsung Medical Center (Seoul, South Korea). She was an advanced fellow in headache clinic at the SMC, Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine, Seoul, South Korea. She joined the staff of the Department of Neurology, Gyeongsang National University College of Medicine in 2010. She is a Fellow of the Korean Neurological Association and Korean Headache Society. She has been working for visiting scientist of the Neuroimaging of Headache Disorders Laboratory of Todd J. Schwedt, Mayo Clinic, Arizona since 2019. Currently she is involved in the area of American Registry Migraine Registry and headache imaging studies. She was the Chair of the Public Relations Team in the Gyeongsang National University Hospital, Treasurer of the Gyeongnam Branch of Korean Medical Women's Association, Executive Member of Training committee in the Korean Neurological Association, and Executive member in the Korean Headache Society.
