Dr. Umer Najib serves as Assistant Professor of Neurology and Program Director of the Headache Medicine Fellowship at West Virginia University (WVU). He completed his Neurology training at WVU. His subspecialty training includes a clinical fellowship in Headache Medicine, at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard University; and a research fellowship in Non-invasive Brain Modulation at the Berenson-Allen Center, Harvard University. Dr. Najib has authored/co-authored several peer-reviewed publications involving neuromodulation. His current research interests include the use of non-invasive neuromodulation for treatment of neurological disorders include migraine and chronic pain, at the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, WVU.
