Jennifer Williams McVige, MD, MA -
She is a Neurologist who specializes in adult headache/concussion, pediatric neurology, and neuroimaging. She is an attending with Dent Neurologic Institute, Buffalo, NY. She attended the State University of New York at Buffalo for medical school and residencies in pediatrics and neurology. Fellowship training in headache and neuroimaging at Dent Neurologic Institute. She has a Masters degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and Psychology from SUNY at Buffalo. She was a counselor for children with pervasive developmental disorders and maltreated. She is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology, Pediatric Neurology, Adult and Pediatric Headache Medicine, and Neuroimaging.
Dr. McVige worked with NFL retired football association, the Buffalo Sabres, local professional sports teams, Junior Buffalo Sabres. She is a lead researcher for many past and ongoing research studies. She is the Director of the Concussion Clinic at Dent Neurologic Institute, the Concussion Connection Support
Group, and is currently on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Neuroimaging. She helped to found The Lighthouse Free Medical Clinic in Buffalo, NY. She volunteers on the board for Summit (Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder) and Miracle League (a modified baseball association for blind and disabled children).
