Dr. Mia Tova Minen is Chief of Headache Research and an Associate Professor in the Departments of Neurology and Population Health at NYU Langone Health, NY, NY. Her research focuses on improving migraine diagnosis and management across medical specialties. She has NIH funding, has over 75 publications and previously served as Headache Section Co-Head for the journal Pain Medicine and as an Associate Editor for the journal Headache. In addition, she co-authored migraine guidelines and served on the American Academy of Neurology Guidelines Committee and American Headache Society Guidelines Committee. Dr. Minen has significant board leadership experience, including serving as an American Headache Society Board Member as Overall Chair of the American Headache Society Special Interest Groups.
